I can't remember how many times someone has jokingly said "you should get an automatic door so I can get my bike through the front easier..." Well, we did and it's amazing the difference a little thing like that makes...no more struggling to hold both doors open, no more pedals banging on the glass, no more rear wheels caught in closing doors...nice.
Yesterday saw a flurry of activity at the shop...paint was going on the new walls, more lights going up (and getting lit,) new slatwall installed and the front door canopy went up...and we still managed to get Al out the door on his brand new S-Works Tarmac SL...whew!
Today should be more of the same, with more lights, the automatic (yeah baby!) door going in and the floor beginning to get laid down...
The weather channels, radar, etc. are all showing different predictions for today's weather. It's not raining at my house and it is over 60 degrees, so I think we are going to give it a go. Of course, I'll be bringing my fender just in case.
Well, I was going to post a pic of the first Specialized Transition Comp we received...but it went home with its happy new owner after being in stock for a scant 5 hours or so...we can only hope that more are on the way soon!
Once again, we've had wind and rain storms that left the trails a mess. In true IMBA style, we will obey the rules of the trail and "leave no trace". Plan to attend the next beginner's clinic on March 2nd. Thank you for your understanding.
